Seabrook Station Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report Gentlemen:

In accordance with the requiremer's of Seabrook Station Technical Specification 611.4, New ilampshire Yankee has provided in Enclosure I the Seabrook Station Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the reporting period of January 1,1991 to June 30, 1991. The effluent and waste disposal information contained in this report is submitted in the format specified by Appendix 13 to Regulatory Guide 1.21, Revision 1 (June 1974). The.

additional information required by Technical Specification 6.8.1.4 is provided in the appendices to the Enclosure 1 report.

Additionally, NilY has provided in Enclosure 2, a revision to the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report that was submitted on February 28,1991 (Reference (c)) for the second half of 1990. This revision cortcets errors in Table 2A and Table 211 resulting in a reduction in liquid effluent release values. New llampshire Yankee has also provided in Enclosure 3, a revision to the Semiannual Effluent and Waste Disposal Report that was submitted on March 29,1991 (Reference (d)). New flampshire Yankee has provided in Enclosure 4, Revision 7 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, which reflects t!.e incorporation of hiethod il dose calculations and changes recommended by the NRC Staff in (Reference (c)).
