Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No, 116 Rev.1 Enclosed are three signed originals and forty conformed copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 116 Revision 1 (Purge Valve Operating Limits) requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License NC. DPR-50.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of Certificate of Service for proposed Tecnnical Specification Change Recuest fJo.116 Revision 1 to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as tne Bureau of Radiation Protection.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(a)(1), we enclose our analyses, using the stancards in 10 CFR 50.92, of significant hazards consicerations.
As stated above, pursusnt to 10 CFR 50.91(a) of the regulations, we have previoed a copy cf this letter, the proposed change in Technical Scecifications, anc cur anslyses of significant hazards consioerations to Tnomas Gerusky, the designated representative of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
