Quad Cities Station Operating Report NRC Dockets (50-254 and 50-265)
Enclosed is the radioactive Effluent Report for January through June 1991, for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. Attached please find revision ten dated April 1991 to Quad Cities Station's Process Control Program for processing of radioactive wet waste.
The Unit One service water monitor was out of service for 38 days from March 20, 1991 to April 27, 1991.
The monitor was taken out of service for preventative maintonance.
The physical work on the monitor was completed on March 23, 1991.
The completed work package was sent to the operating depaitment for functional testing prior to returning the monitor to service.
The package could not be found.
It was decided to perform the entire process again.
The work and the functional test were performed and the monitor was returned to service.
The required sampling was performed during this time period to continue release via this pathway.
A copy of this report will be furnished to the NRC Resident Inspector.
