As followup to our telephone conversation of tnis afternoon this is to confirm that, prior to October 15,1991, MIT will provide you with the information necessary to satisfy NRC's financial assurance requirements. As Iindicated some questions relating to implementation of the financial assurance instrument have been raised at MIT over the last few weeks. This additional time will provide us with the time to discuss these issues with NRC staff members.
