The enclosed revisions replace one page of the plan revisions submitted by my letter to you dated October 6, 1983, as discussed with your staff by telephone on October 26, 1983 These revisions are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.54(p) and do not require NRC staff review.
The enclosed information is being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and acknowledge that it is safeguards information and should be withheld from public disclosure as provided for in 10 CFR Part 73 21.
This receipt will also be taken as verification that your copies of the plan have been updated and the superseded material has been destroyed.
