50-328 By L. M. Mills' May 25, 1983 letter to you, we submitted a request (TVA-SQN-TS-43) to amend the operating licenses, DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the technical specifications for units 1 and 2 at the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. In subsequent discussions with members of your staff and NRC-0IE, agreement was reached that the proposed technical specifications were not needed to allow the undervoltage modifications to be performed at power, thus preventing a two-unit outage. Therefore, we withdraw this request (TVA-SQN-TS-43) for a license amendment and request a refund of the license fee of $4,400.
