Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan Report of Change - Revision Thirty-Two Docket No. 50-298/DPR-46 Gentlemen:
Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD)is submitting,in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p) a Report of Change - Revision 32 for the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan.
These changes reflect changes to personnel search requirements, visitor processing and weapons training.
NPPD has concluded that the enclosed change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material to be withheld from public disclosure.
