This is to confirm the message which I left with your secretary on Wednesday, November 23, 1983. That afternoon between 4:30 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. I called you to identify experts on the cooling tower (fault deposition) contention admitted by the Licensing Board the day before. The experts are as follows:

1. Dr. Gary W. Peterson at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. He-can be reached at Tatman and Lee Associates, Inc., 2005 Concord Pike, Wilmington, Delaware 19803.

2. William Garner of the State Agricultural Laboratory, Route 13, Camden, Delaware.

As you recall, the Honorable Marshall E. Miller, Chairman of the Licensing Board, directed the Public Advocate to supply you and the parties with the names of experts on the above contention by 5:00 P.M., November 23, 1983. Un-fortunately, by the time I called _rou had left the office, according to your secretary. I trust that the message --

identical to the above -- was ably conveyed to you.
