Correction to Suffolk County Motion to Strike Portions of LILCO Testimony on Contentions 25, 23 and 65 Gentlemen:
A portion of LILCO's testimony was inadvertently omitted from the County's Motion to Strike which was filed yesterday November 28.
Suffolk County also seeks to strike questions and answers 29, 30 and 31 (pages 29-30) and Attachment 7 of the LILCO testimony on Contention 25.
The basis for striking this portion of LILCO's testimony is set forth in the first full paragraph on page 8 of the County's Motion.
Thus, the following should be added to Item 6 on page 1 of the Motion and in the caption on page 7:
Cordaro et al. on Contention 25 (Role Conflict),
Questions and Answers 29, 30 and 31 (pages 29-
- 30) and Attachment 7 We apologize for this error.
An amended copy of the County's Motion.is enclosed.
