Gentlemen:
This correspondence is to update you on the District's conadtment to have a new Training Tracking System in place at Cooper Nuclear Station by April 30, 1995, as stated in the above referenced letter from J.
H. Mueller to the NRC.
Due to the unanticipated hardware problems and difficulties with the interface software supplied by the vendor, the previous commitment can no longer be met.
The vendor has supplied an upgraded version of the software which appears to be satisfactory; however, the hardware problem has yet to be fully resolved.
Therefore, due to remaining activities, the District now expects the system to be final and in full use by June 30, 1995.
