Information of Magnetically Transmitted Radiation Exposure Data The disk submitted in duplicate labeled Duquesne Light Company Annual Exposure Report 1994, contains the required radiation exposure data for individuals monitored during the year 1994. The data format is that described in Appendix A of Regulatory Guide 8.7, Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data. Details of the file structure are described below:
