Dear Honorable Judges:
Please find enclosed Intervenor's Motion.for the Issuance of Subpoenas and the accompanying subpoenas.
Intervenor's counsel has used its best efforts to comply with the notice requirement of 10 C.F.R. 52.720 by stating the time and place the individuals suopoenaed are to appear and testify.
The fact that the location for the week of May 17, 1995 has yet to be determined prevented Intervenor from being more specific, Intervenor is more than willing to cooperate by submitting new subpoenas after the location has been determined.
