NRC Docket Nos. 50-424-OLA-3,50-425-OLA-3; License Amendment for Transfer to Southern Nuclear Operating Company Gentlemen:
In accordance with the Board's Memorandum and Order (Motion to Reopen Discovery), March 30,1995 (unpublished), Georgia Power has reviewed Intervenor's prior timely-filed interrogatories and has identified no additional discoverable information regarding communications between Georgia Power and the NRC.
As indicated in our earlier response,l' on several occasions counsel for Georgia Power discussed settlement of the May 9,1994 NOV with counsel for the NRC. No new facts associated with the events addressed by the NOV were discussed or identified as a l' &c Georgia Power Company's Opposition to Intervenor's Motion Requesting an Order Requiring Immediate Response to Document Requests, dated March 28,1994.
