Dear Sir:

Enclosed is the report of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 3 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test which was conducted during August of 1983.

This report is submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.3.d and 10CFR50, ' Appendix J,Section V.B. with the guidance of Regulatory Guide 10.1.

You will note that the first attempted test (August 21, 1983) was terminated due to leakage through the valve packing of the RHR Full Flow Test Valve, MO-lO-34A. The valve was repacked and a second ILRT was successfully completed with the test results well within acceptable limits.

Should there be any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

Very truly yours, 8311300073 831123 j/
