MOTION FOR ORDER APPROVING WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION AND TERMINATING PROCEEDING On August 30, 1983, Applicants advised the Board (letter f rom John W. Ellis, President of Puget Sound Power & Light Company, to Messrs. Denton, Wolf and Lewis) that the Puget Power Board of Directors had directed management to take all steps necessary to terminate the Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project, including seeking approval of the proposed termination from the other three owners of the project, and that if the other three owners concurred with the decision to terminate, Applicants would thereupon file a request to withdraw their application. The other three owners of the project have now concurred with Puget Power's decision to terminate the project.
Concurrently herewith, Applicants are filing their "With-drawal of Application" in this proceeding.
