Reference is made to your combined inspection Report Nos. 50-317/82-28 and 50-318/82-24, which transmitted the results of the inspection conducted during the week of November 1-5,1982 and your letter dated June 22,1983.
Since Violation A has been rescinded, Enclosure I constitutes our reply to violations B, C, D, & E as requested in your June 22, 1983 correspondence. General corrective measures with respect to the specific violations have been included in the enclosure. The enclosure is Safeguards Information and must be protected under 10CFR73.21 requirements.
