Several personnel changes have recently occurred at North Carolina State University in positions identified by Figure 6.1-1 of the PULSTAR Nuclear Reactor Technical Specifications (Amendment 8). New position assignments are:

Dean of the College of Engineering - Dr. Wilbur L. Meier, Jr.

Acting Associate Director. Nuclear Reactor Program Stephen J. Bilyj Chief of Reactor Maintenance - Kerry L. Kincaid Mr. Garry Miller resigned his position as Associate Director June 25,1991 We have begun recruiting for the position and anticipate hiring a person in the fourth quarter of 1991.

The remaining positions identified in Figure 6.1-1 continue to be staffed as follows:
