As discussed with Cynthia Perney of your staff in a telephone conversation on October 26, 1983, enclosed are six copies (Nos. 6-10 and 19) of a revised page for the proposed 50.54(p) change.
The enclosed information is being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and acknow-ledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21. This receipt will also be taken as verification that your copies of the plan have been updated and the superseded material has been destroyed.
