FSAR Q-List Tabs Attached are two Q-list tabs for insertion in your AN'O Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
Insert these tabs in your ANO-1 FSAR, Chapter 1, before page 1.10-8 and in your ANO-2 FSAR, Chapter 3, before page 3.13-21.
- Also, replace pages 1.10-7 and 1.10-8 in your ANO-1 FSAR with the attached pages.

ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE Unit 1 Table 1-2 ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE-UNIT 1 NUCLEAR QUALITY ASSURANCE Q LIST The basic purpose of this list is to specifically identify those items within the scope of the Nuclear Quality Assurance Program.
Items listed require special consideration during
- design, manufacture, and construction.
d The list is to include all Class 1 structures, systems, and equipment.
Class 1 structures systems and equipment are those whose failure could cause uncontrolled release of radioactivity or those essential for the safe shutdoiin and the immediate and long-term operation following a Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA).
When structures, systems or equipment as a whole are on this list, portions not associated with a loss of safety function are not meant to be included.
This includes:
Engineered Safeguards as destied in Chaotut 6.
