days. The door was opened to allow hoses to pass through the door to support the Chemical Decontamination of the Residual Heat Removal System during the current Unit 2 Refueling Outage. Fire Door 417 separates Unit i Reactor Building Fire Zone 2E from Unit 2 Reactor Building Fire Zone 3E on elevation 761'. An hourty Fire Watch was established in accordance with the Action Statement of Technical Speci# cation 3.7.6 to inspect the area while the door l
I was open. Door 417 was retumed to an operable status on March 22,1995, at 0900 hours0.0104 days <br />0.25 hours <br />0.00149 weeks <br />3.4245e-4 months <br />.
A Special Report is required because the door was not restored to an operable status within 7 -
i days.
