Dames & Moore has informad PSE&G that it no longer considers proprietary the Soils Laboratory Manual of Technical Practices (included in reference 1),
and therefore no affidavit covering this item is necessary.

The report NEDE-24988-P, " Analysis of Generic BWR Safety / Relief Valve Operability Test Results" was first subinitted to the NRC on September 25, 1981, with the appropriate affidavit requesting non-disclosure to third parties.
Thereforo, this report is still covered by the 1981 affidavit 4
(available in NRC files), and no new affidavit is g
necessary.
