Vermont Yankee Inservice Test Program Plan ~ Revision 17 With this letter, Vermont Yankee submits Revision 17 of the Vermont Yankee Inservice Test Program Plan (Attachment C) for your information. This IST Program Plan revision ~ changes the disassembly frequency of Service Water System check valves V10-43A and V-43B. The justification for changing.the frequency of these valves is identified in a new relief request (RR-V12).

These IST Program Plan changes and relief request RR-V12 do not require NRC approval prior to their implementation since they are in accordance with the requirements of Attachment 1, Staff Position 2 of USNRC Generic Letter 89-04, " Guidance on Developing Acceptable Inservice Testing Programs."
