Since a very similar security plan change is currently under your review for the Monticello plant, it wculd be most efficient if we resolve all issues with the Monticello proposed revision prior to your reviewing the Prairie Island proposed revision.
This was discussed with Gary Pirtle, Region III, on July 16, 1991.
