of the annual SAR update process enclosed herewith is one (1) copy of Revision 13 to the THI-I FHAR.
The FHAR, Revision 13, reflects the methodology used at TMI-1 to meet 10CFR50, Appendix R.
Revision of the document resulted from changes to the facility, procedures, and new design information having been incorporated since Revision 12, up through March 30, 1991, as annotated by revision bars.
