Inservice Incpection examinations conducted during the thirteenth refueling outage of Unit 1. This report has been submitted to you 4
in accordance with the requirements of ASME Section XI, Article IWA-6200. Although this report is being filed after the required due date, there are no safety issues as the result of the examinations.
We certify that, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the statements made in this report are correct, and the examinations and corrective mensures taken conform to the rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, 1989 Edition.
