Reference (a) provided the original issue of the LaSalle County Station Unit 1 Pump and Valve Inservice Test Plan and Reference (b) provided Revision 1 to that document.
Enclosed please find:
1.
LaSalle County Station Unit 1, Revision 2 Pump and Valve Inservice Testing Plan Pages in four tabs are provided to correct typos and update the data regarding test scheduling as explained in the writeups.
2.
LaSalle County Station Unit 2, Original Issue Pump and Valve Inservice Testing Plan Please note that these pages are specifically designated for Unit 2 by the verbage next to the Commonwealth Edison Company logo in the upper left hand corner of each page.
Also provided with this initial issue of Part B are new title pages and separators for insertion into the two volume ISI Program for Unit 2.
The tabs'are intended to separate the ISI piping program from the ISI pump and valve program.
Each sub-part is arranged alphabetically by system designator such as DG for Diesel Generator, NB for Nuclear Boiler, MS for Main Steam, etc.
Within each system, the pages are numbered numerically as needed to cover the entries which are also numerically arranged to assist in locating a particular item.
