We represent Gould Incorporated which has been sued in connect'.on with an industrial accident that took place 3/8/92 in Richland, Washington at the WPPSS nuclear power plant there.
It is our understanding that the NRC conducted an investigation into the accident in which an electrician, John Lane, was badly burned while cleaning a motor control center.
Under FOIA and the Privacy Act, we request copies of all documentation that is in any way related to this incident and/or any investigation of it.
This documentation should, at a minimum, include all correspondence, memoranda, reports, photographs, and tape recordings.
We will pay the reasonable costs associated with making the copies and, if such expense will exceed $100, we wish to be notified prior to the commencement of the copying.
