Gentlemen:
'Ihis is to inform you that Dr. Albert B. Reynolds is replacing Dr. Paul E. Allaire as Chairman of the Departrent of Nuclear Dyineerirg ard Ergineering Physics, Unjversity of Virginia, effective July 1,1991.
Dr. Allaire has been appointed Chairnan of the Mechanical Engineerirq Department. Dr. Reynolds has been on the faculty of the Nuclear Ergineering and Engineering Physics Departnent since 1968 arrl has served as Chairman of the Reactor Safety Crmnittee.
Dr. Roger A. Rydin will replace Dr. Reynolds as Chairman of the Reactor Safety Ocmmittee.
Dr. Rydin has been on the faculty since 1970.
'Ihis notification is provided to the NRC in accardance with the 'Ibchnical Specifications for both licenses, R-66 and R-123, Dockets 50-62 and 50-396, respectively.
