Enclosed is a corrected copy of University's rebuttal testimony,

" Rebuttal Concerning the Shutdown Mechanism in the UCLA Argonaut", submitted November 7, 1983. The only substantive change occurs in the calculations which appear on pages 31 and 32; the other changes appear on pages 3, 5, 22, 23, 30 and 34. The changes are noted by bars drawn in the margins.

Also enclosed are page 19 of the section on the Wigner Energy calculation, which was inadvertently omitted, and a correction sheet noting corrections to the other sections of University's rebuttal testimony.
