Revision 6 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualification Plan, Errata A
Dear Sir:
This letter transmits Revision No. 6 Errata A, to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualification Plan for Security (VY T&Q Plan). The submittal coi ects Revision 6. Section 1.5, page 1-2, which contains the t
definition of " annually" for purposes of the T&Q Plan. In previous revisions we defined annually as 12 months, plus or minus one month, in accordance with references b) and c) above. The.:laritication of "plus or minus one month" was inadvertently deleteJ when the revision was reformatted The revision to the VY T&Q Plan is enclosed with this letter. It is consideied SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each copy of the plan revision required by the NRC. Please sign and return these forms.
