Plans for the above meeting have been finalized. Attached are the agenda arid the planned attendees list for your information. I understand the NRC list of attendees has not been finalized. We will contact you about a week before the meeting to secure your attendee list. The meeting will be held in our Echelon Building offices in the Auditorium starting at 8:00 a.m. and concluding by 2:00 p.m. to permit afternoon flights home from Jackson. Conference Room 103/104 has also been secured for use by your group.
Also attached is a map showing directions to Echelon from the airport and suggested hotels with phone numbers. The Cabot Lodge and the llampton inn are the most popular and best located hotels listed.
