Closure of Maintenance Team Reinspection Item (285/9036-01)
Regarding Auxiliary Steam Piping in Diesel Generator Rooms As noted in Reference 4, Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) has developed an Engineering Analysis document to address the subject inspection item.
As requested by the NRC for closure of this item, please find attached a completed copy of OPPD Engineering Analysis EA-FC-91-015, " Seismic II/I Review of Auxiliary Steam Piping and Unit Heaters VA-50A thru VA-50H and VA-164A thru A-1640, Located in the DG Rooms and Intake Structure".
Please note that most of the data for this analys s predates the discovery of the related condition reported in Reference 5.
