Revision 26 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan
Dear Sir:
This letter transmits Revision No. 26 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan. This revision reflects enhancements recently made to our security program. Program changes have already been incoqx> rated into our implementing procedures; the enclosure reflects the resultant plan changes.
We have reviewed this revision and have detemiined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. 'Iherefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(ph prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
The revision to our Physical Security Plan. submitted as Attaciunent A to this letter, is cuisidered Safeguards information which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.We have enchised our standard Document Custixty Form arxl Change Transmittal Fomi for each copy of the Plan revision required by the NRC. Please sign and return these forms.
