Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 Licenso No. NPF-38 Waterford 3 Response To NP.C Inspection Report No. 50-382/90-23 and Clarification of Commitment Gentlemen:
As discussed with the NRC Resident Inspector for Waterford 3, on June 25, 1991, the purpose of this letter is to provide clarification for a commitment made to the NP.C in the response to NRC Inspection Report No. 50-382/90-23, reference Waterford 3 letter W3F1-91-0298.
In Waterford 3 letter W3F1-91-0298, response 2.c, Waterford 3 specifically stated:
"At this time, the task force has initiated the following:
1)
Provide a group of safety related fuses *or sampling during the refuel 4 outage.
2)
Asulgned responsibility for 6eveloping a fuse control interim procedure until long term solutions are formu]ated.
The results of both of the above actions will be available for review by June 30, 1991."
The intent of commitment 2) was to have a procedure avalleble which was cubstantially developed and reviewed by the fuse control task group.
