i This let ter la being trancmitted to document a telephono conversation between a representative of Waterford 3 and a reprecentativo of the NRC Staf f th& occurred on June 25, 1991.

The purpose for the conversation was to P.idicate that Waterford 3 would not completo its re-evaluation of alarms to detect approach;og loss of SDC by June 30, 1991, an indicated in NRC Inapection Report 91-14.

This letter also provides the revined completion date for the alarm re-

evaluation, which in July 31, 1991.
