proposed technical specification change to address those recommendations provided in Generic letter 90-06.
Our response to the Generic
- Letter, dated December 26,
- 1990, provided a plan to implement the improvements identified by the NRC to er. hance safety and improve the reliability of the Power operated Relief Valves (PORV's) and block valves.
We committed to submit proposed technical specification changes by the end of the Unit 1 eighth refueling outage in accordance with the schedule requested in the Generic Letter.
However, as a result of the ongoing NRC review of that submittal, we have discussed a revised submittal schedule with our NRC Project

- DeAgazio, and have agreed that a revised schedule date would be established after the NRC has issued the reJults of their review.
