(Motion to Strike Motion for Summary Disposition), dated March 27,1995. De jBoard's Order provides for Intervenor to respond to GPC's summary disposition motion ori air quality on April I1 and the Staff to respond on April 27. Prefiled written testimony by all parties is presently due on all subjects on April 3.
l Given the schedule for responding on the air quality summary disposition motion, GPC requests that the Board defer the date for all parties to file any prefiled testimony on air quality issues then remaining for hearing until one week following the Board's ruling on summary disposition.
