Dear Counselors:

I am writing with regard to my telephone conversations on Monday with Mr. Tom Penland of Troutman Sanders and Mr. John Hull of NRC Staff respectfully. These conversations concerned questions regarding my letter of March 22, 1995. The responses to these question are set out below.

1. The proposal for Tape #11 should be pages 4-5 not 2-4.

2. A replacement page 7 for the Tape #89 transcript is enclosed.

3. Intervenor believes that Licensee may be correct in its belief that the June 8, 1990 taped conversation is actually Tape #156, however Intervenor does not have a transcript of this tape and therefore cannot confirm this.

4. Intervenor is in possession of the copy of transcript of the taped conversation of June 8, 1990 that was-an exhibit to the' diesel generator depositions. This i exhibit is' missing page 18. Intervenor'does not have a full transcript of this tape (possibly Tape #156) ,

therefore he would be appreciative if Licensee would provide.this page to both him and Staff.  !
