Dear Mr. Essig:

Please have the enclosed document for the South Texas Project-Electric Generating Station (STPEG) for the November 2-3,

1994, exercise, substituted for the copy sent to Mr. R.

Lee Spessard, Director of Technical Support, on March 2, 1995.

The document transasitted to Mr. Spessard should be destroyed.

The reason for the substitution is to accommodate the State of Tct.a s, Bureau of Radiation Control's, request to include the State of Texas chart, which combines South Texas and Comanche Peak into a single document that tracks the State's demonstration of objectives.

(The net. result of the substition is the addition of the last three pages at the end of the' enclosed report.)

A copy of the March 8, 1995, memorandum from our Region VI office requesting this substitution is included with this letter.

Should you have any questions concerning this. matter, please call me at (202) 646-4065.

SUBJECT:

STP REP Exercise Final Report A3 I discussed with you by phone today, I am sending you three cdditional copies of the Final Report for the South Texas Project (STP)

Electric Generating Station REP exercise which was d:monstrated on November 2-3, 1994.

Please destroy the three copies that were previously sent to you.

There is a difference in the tracking charts at the end of the rcport. After we had mailed the Headquarters /NRC copies, the State of Texas, Bureau of Radiation Control (BRC), requested we include the State of Texas chart which combines Comanche Peak and South TCxas Project Exercises for a complete tracking of the state's d monstration of objectives.

All other copies that were distributed included this change in the last six pages.
