Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend Section 2.1.6 of the Technical Specifications.
The changes requested pertain to Limiting Conditions for Operation of the Main Steam Safety Valves.
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specifications. Attachment 8 provides the " Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration."
