Burns, Thomas K. Burns, Eunice McAleer, Joseph McAleer and Linda T. Newton.
These affidavits are in addition.to the affidavits submitted with GANE's Amended Petition for Leave to Intervene of December 30, 1994 and the sets of additional affidavits submitted on January 26, 1995 and February 17, 1995.
These individuals live in the Home Park neighborhood very close to Georgia Tech and the Georgia Tech Research Reactor. Please make a

special note of Eunice McAleer's affidavitLin which she relates that i
che grew up on the land where the reactor has been built.
These individuals are active in their neighborhood and have spent a great deal of time and energy to ensure a good quality of life in' their community. They have arranged with Atlanta Councilwoman Debi' Starnes to seek a meeting with the President of Georgia Tech to express their concerns directly to him. As you can see, they seek-your help in making their homes safe from nuclear contamination as well.
