Letter D. M. Smith (PECo) to NRC dated November 27, 1989

Dear Sir:

This letter is submitted pursuant to 10 CrR 50.74 to inform you that Walter M. Eagles (License OP-10135-2) nas been permanently reassigned from his position that haa requi.ed a license and will no longer need his license.

The referenced letter informed you that Mr. Eagles had a medical condition which required his removal from licensed duties in November of 1989.
