In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p). Entergy Operations herewith files:
Revision 18 to the Physical Security Plan, Revision 7 to the Safeguards Concingency Plan, and Revision 4 to the Security Training and Qualification Plan, for the protection of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1.
Entergy Operations has evaluated the revisions and determined that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan, or the Security Training ~and Qualification Plan.
The revisions have been approved by the Plant Safety Review s
Committee.
An original and three copies of each revised plan are enclosed in a separate package.
The Training and Qualification Plan, as of this revision, is no longer Safeguards Information but is to be withheld from public disclosure as required by 10CFR2.790(d). The rest of the material in the separate package contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and the disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore, the material marked Safeguards Information must be withheld from public disclosure. Please destroy or return the pages of all the plans currently in your possession which are replaced by this submittal; note that the previous revisions of the Training and Qualification Plan were considered Safeguards Information.
