In letter number GN-265 dated October 14, 1983, an application for an amendment to construction permits CPPR-108 and CPPR-109 was enclosed.
Also enclosed was a check to cover the administrative cost of this request as required by 10 CFR Part 170. We inadvertently neglected to include a check to cover the review cost for Unit 2.
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $400.00 to cover this cost.
