This report covers the period iTanuary 1,1994, through December 31, 1994 and is submitted pursuant to Section 5.5.2 of the Fort St.

Vrain Decommissioning Technical Specifications (DTS).

A copy of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM), Issue 5, is included as required.
