Dear Judges:
I have copies of the Board's letters to counsel for applicant dated October 6 and October 18, 1983, respectively, as well as a copy of the applicant's letter to the Board, referred to.in the latter letter, dated October 14, 1983.
We are unaware of the f acts concerning Ms. Laverty's

participation in'the previous matters before the Commission, including Del-Aware's application for section 2.206 relief which is intimately related to this matter.
We respectfully request that the Board order full dis-closure of her participation in any matters relating to Limerick and that, in the absence of adequate explanation and justifica-tion for her participation of in these proceedings, that the firm be debarred from further representation of the applicant in this proceeding, in accordance with the D.C. Bar procedures.
