In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p), please find enclosed a ten (10) page revision (Revision 13) and cover page to be inserted in Copy No.1 of the Pilgrim Station Modified Amended Security Plan. This revision incorporates the relocation of the Protected Area barrier commensurate with completion of the newly-constructed Administration / Service building and the new administrative structure and chain-of-command ' of the security organization. The changes were subject to internal' review, and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
A copy set of hi-lighted pages is also included for expedient revision analysis.
