In the Matter of ) Docket No. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to the operating licenses, DPR-77 and DPR-79, the s Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 technical specifications (T/S)

(Enclosure 1). The proposed amendment requests a change in the allowable value for the diesel generator start and load shed timer (Table 3 3-4).

The justification for the proposed T/S change is provided in Enclosure 2.

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have determined the proposed amendment to be Class II for unit 1 and Class I for unit 2.

These classifications are based on the facts that the changes involve an administrative change and the change applies to two identical units on the same site. The remittance fee of $1,600 is being wired to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Attention: Licensing Fee Management Branch.

This requested amendment has been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.92 and no significant hazards considerations are involved.
