SECURITY PLAN POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT DOCKETS 50-266 and 50-301 This letter and its enclosures are in reference to changes to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Modified Amended Security Plan (PBNP MASP).
The enclosures are in response to a discussion between Mr.
R.
F.
Skelton, Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, and Mr.
D. J.
Ivey, System Security Officer, Wisconsin Electric.
The changes to the pages of the PBNP MASP are indicated by lines in the right-hand margin.
These changes to the PBNP MASP do not decrease the level of security as prescribed in 10 CFR 73.55.
The copies of the plan, with changes, are submitted in accordance with 50.54(p).
The subject matter of the enclosures to this letter is considered exempt from disclosure, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 2, 50, 70, and 73.
We request that the enclosures be treated as confidential and not be placed in any public document room, and that any reply you make be similarly withheld if it deals with details of our plant security plans.
