This letter and its attachment provide a response to those Appraisal items in your letter of May 27, 1983 associated with field monitoring team vehicles.
These items were identified in our letter of July 29, 1983 as the subject of further study.
The attachment provides response to items 66 and 81 of Appendix B of the Appraisal and items 67, 68, 69 and 70 of Appendix C.
The responses include completion dates and are cross referenced to appropriate sections of the Waterford 3 Emergency Plan and Implementing Procedures.
